WELCOME TO ARTZERO!
Take all of the traditional and digital art tutorials, art and technology reviews, and comprehensive resources that any self-respecting professional could ever want, add it all together, and store it in one easy to find location on the internet...
Welcome to Art-zero!
Whats Different About This Tutorial Site?
It could be said that people learn more at first from grasping the fundamentals rather than the trivial details. As the saying goes: "Give a man to fish and he eats for a day, teach a man to fish and he eats for a lifetime."
You won't find any situation specific tutorials or articles here. Instead, the conent at art-zero is specially designed to work in almost any real-world situation, helping you become a more well-rounded and educated professional artist, not simply more adept at adding a fire effect to a photoshop file.
No, we aren't saying that after reading this site you'll be the next Vermeer, but it just might give you the drive and tools you need to do so.
NEW AT ART-ZERO!
Look for our upcoming Commercial Art Glossary for a wealth of commerical, Fine Art, and art history terms to help you navigate through those nerve-wracking job interviews, meetings, term-papers, and gallery openings.
Thats right, we know you need it, and we're here to help. Check back soon for updated content.
SUBMIT YOUR TUTORIAL!
Art-zero is on the lookout for new art tutorials, and we'd like to hear from you.
There are some ground rules to remember though: as we're sure you guessed, Anything written by anyone other than yourself will definately not be accepted
(and probably isn't worth it anyway).
And for the fundamental rule of this site: its perfectly fine to write a fun or personal experience article, but it should always be a useful article.
Remember, there are already plenty of other Photoshop Tutorial sites that show you grunge techniques, gel effects and lightning bolts. Fortunately, you won't find that here.
